Q. How long have you been in business?
A. Innovation construction was founded in 1995. And known to be one of the oldest remodeling firms over the decades.
Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes! We carry Two Million Dollars of liability insurance. I can add names to my policy in a few hours.
Q. Can you work in co-ops and condos?
A. Yes! I have worked in many and generally get along well with management and staff of the buildings I work in.
Q. Will you give us an estimate for the work? Will there be a charge?
A. Yes! 7 days a week-professional Office staff is ready to assist you. I am happy to meet with new clients and look over the work, at no charge.
Q. Do you use sub-contractors?
A. When necessary to perform work to New York Building Code I will employ licensed plumbers and electricians outside of my normal staff. These sub contractors are people I work with regularly and trust the work and the prices.

A. Yes! Many of my satisfied clients will be happy to respond to email or calls. Sometimes they have even allowed future clients to visit their homes to see our work. We may also provide you with an extensive list of satisfied clients at our first initial meeting.
